How to sell as an Introvert – without feeling sleazy

In this sea of extroverts, being introverted and running online can be difficult. Selling can be intimidating for many introverts. It can feel that way especially selling is not your thing, I understand. This is because introverts dislike “bragging.”

I remember cringing whenever I heard the word “sales.” On discovery calls, I used to have sweaty palms and stutter. That was because I was doing everything incorrectly.

Here are my top 3 tips on how to sell without feeling sleazy.

1) Build Genuine Connections:

Your intention should never be to sell at all. You should connect with others online to build genuine relationships. Instagram is not solely for selling but for networking and connecting.

2) Understand Your Audience

Understand their goals and problems before developing solutions and content to address them.

3) Be Confident About Your Offers

If you’re not confident about your work, others won’t. Show that you’re confident in what you do and your results.

Introverts are great at building genuine relationships and connecting. When you approach sales from a place of helping and understanding then it feels natural. Introverts are the best at selling based on their personality to listen more and be observant.

You definitely put a new spin on a topic which has been written about for years. Excellent stuff, just excellent!

It’s very common to feel sleazy thqt’s because we were thought to sell in the wrong way. Sales doesn’t need to be pushy.
